The gaming project has been titled Foothill Oaks Casino by the general membership of the Shingle Springs Tribe. It will consist of a complex that includes a main gaming hall, restaurants, administration facilities, child care/family fun center and a retail center. Casino Project Overview

All access to the casino will use the interchange to connect Highway 50 to the Rancheria.

No traffic will be directed to local roads and the tribe will fully fund the interchange project at no cost to the taxpayer.

Although this structure will be five stories high, two of those stories will be built underground. Furthermore, the tribe is arranging to provide its own wastewater treatment and water supply.

A hotel is planned in the future and will include 250 rooms. Other plans include:
